Mass storage

Dear Nikon,

We have a number of Nikon cameras and purchasing the D90 a few months ago created a headache as we can not download the pictures quickly like on the D200, D300 and even the D40X we have. It seems so stupid that we need to take the memory card out and put it in the D40 to download the pictures quickly, delete them easy etc. Using the Nikon software was totally useless and as slow that we thought there must be something wrong. I bought even the Mac I-photo and thought this would speed it up, but just as bad. The mass-storage option on the other cameras is perfect and now thinking of getting rid of the D90 unless it can be upgraded somehow via a download.
Is this going to happen, or not? The camera was advertised as having a fast USB2 connection, but it is useless.
I emailed to Nikon about a month ago and did not hear back. They must be getting heaps of complaints, what are they thinking?
Best wishes (for me as well)
Rudie

and another one on the same topic:

Dear Nikon,
If I had known that my D90 does not support Mass Storage - I would not have bought it. It's that important to me. Now I cannot recover accidently deleted or formatted cards because they cant be mounted on my desktop. Now I'm stuck in "Nikonland" and I'm limited by your software only.

PLEASE RELEASE A FIRMWARE UPDATE TO INCLUDE MASS STORAGE FOR THE D90.
