Add more features to the Nikon D40

Dear Nikon,

I have D40, and I like it but there are some features it miss. Maybe it could be done with firmware.

• 1-auto exposure bracketing
• 2-highlight preserving matrix metering mode

I would replace D40 body for new one in case

• It would have dust protection system
• It would not have more than 10 Mpix. The best would be 6Mpix
• It would have higher ISO and dynamic range.
• It would be in silver.

I am looking for good compact for my sister. It should have wide lens and
optical viewfinder as large as possible. P6000 looks well but why it has
so ridicule many MPix?
